Happy Easter! | Toronto Child and Family Photographer

Another Easter has come and gone! Does anyone else feel like time passes so incredibly quickly when you have kids? I very distinctly remember last year's Easter egg hunt and it feels like just yesterday! My girls have certainly changed a lot since then. The Easter bunny arrived at our house this morning...

The girls' baskets were ready and waiting for them to collect Easter eggs.

Paityn loved the egg hunt we had last year, so there was no doubt in my mind that she would love this year's hunt as well. Of course, she had a ball! What amazed me was how much Charlotte loved the egg hunt! Last year she was way too little to think anything of it. This year she ran around the house and gathering eggs with her big sister, laughing the entire time. You'll have to excuse the candy covered faces and chocolate covered teeth in these photos...we didn't give them a ton of candy (the eggs were mostly filled with little toys), but definitely wanted them to have a few treats for this special holiday.

Easter is Approaching and Spring is too...maybe?!? | Toronto Spring and Easter Mini Session Family Photographer

For a while, it looked like Spring had FINALLY sprung...and then we get hit with SNOW...AGAIN...SNOW!! Luckily it was only for one day (yesterday) and now we're easing our way back into Spring. "Are there EVER going to be flowers, Mommy?" were the exact words that came out of my three-year old's mouth this morning. Soon...I hope... We spent the last couple of nights celebrating Passover and now we're gearing up to celebrate Easter this weekend (our lucky family gets to celebrate the best of both worlds). As usual, I've gone slightly overboard in making sure the Easter Bunny brings plenty of eggs for my little girls!

I know this weekend will be busy, and I don't want to forget to wish all of you a Happy Passover, Happy Easter and Happy Spring (hopefully), so this blog post is coming a little early (if you celebrate Easter...late if you celebrate Passover).

Spring and Easter Mini Sessions!! | Toronto Family and Baby Photographer

Alright, who is SOOOOOOOO excited that Canada won the gold medal for hockey??? I am! But seriously people...was there ever any doubt ;) In honour of Canada's victory, let's start by booking some Spring/Easter Photography Mini Sessions!!! Hooray!!!!! Sessions are for up to 4 children between the ages of 3 months and 15 years. My setup this year is amazing!!!! And I'm not just saying that...they really are fantastic!! No - no live animals...that's dangerous and I'm pretty sure not allowed, unless you're on a farm or perhaps have your own bunny at home. I had a bunny once...it pooped everywhere. I'll stick with the hygienic and pretty setup that I have, sans live animals ;)
