Beautiful Mommy, Jordanna came to my studio with her family for a maternity session. This was my first maternity photo shoot in Toronto, so I was excited, but a little nervous because I wasn't able to work with the beautiful natural light that I always had in California. However, the shoot went really well and made me much more confident with studio lights! I love the dreamy images with all the light, as well as the ones on the deep black backdrop. It was so much fun to hang out with this family of three, soon to be four. I can't wait for this Saturday when Jordanna and her family will come back to my studio for their newest addition's Newborn photo shoot!!
I'm a member of the NAPCP (National Association of Professional Child Photographers)!
This is a cause for celebration! Not to long ago, I was accepted as a member of the National Association of Professional Child Photographers (NAPCP). I really haven't been doing photography for all that long, and for the NAPCP to look at my website, portfolio and work and ultimately decide that I measured up to other amazingly talented photographers out there, was thrilling for me! The NAPCP has been a great resource for me already. I have been able to learn from other very talented photographers, as well as share my knowledge. I look forward to every new session I have and the chance to see how much I've grown with the wealth of info I've inherited from this group.
Hiring a NAPCP member to take your family and/or children's photos, ensures that you are hiring a photographer with a lot of expertise and talent...not to brag or anything ;) But they do promote their photographers in that light. So it's pretty awesome! Check out the NAPCP website - http://www.napcp.com/.
Spring and Easter Mini Sessions!! | Toronto Family and Baby Photographer
Alright, who is SOOOOOOOO excited that Canada won the gold medal for hockey??? I am! But seriously people...was there ever any doubt ;) In honour of Canada's victory, let's start by booking some Spring/Easter Photography Mini Sessions!!! Hooray!!!!! Sessions are for up to 4 children between the ages of 3 months and 15 years. If you would like to book, please contact me at laurenlawrencephotography@gmail.com, or visit my website at https://www.laurenlawrencephotography.com and click on the "Contact" link. My setup this year is amazing!!!! And I'm not just saying that...they really are fantastic!! No - no live animals...that's dangerous and I'm pretty sure not allowed, unless you're on a farm or perhaps have your own bunny at home. I had a bunny once...it pooped everywhere. I'll stick with the hygienic and pretty setup that I have, sans live animals ;)
